We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Uploaded contracts and analysis results are retained until you delete them or close your account. We use the following third-party services: Clerk (authentication), Supabase (database), Anthropic (AI analysis), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (hosting). Each provider has their own privacy policy. We share only the minimum data necessary for each service to function.
You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to processing of your data; export your data in a portable format. For EU/EEA users, we process your data based on legitimate interest and contract performance. For California residents, we do not sell personal information as defined by CCPA.
